I've got 'living in the south envy' as I think of all those creative, interesting people getting together on a regular basis. About 100 years ago when I used to go Clubbing on a regular basis the cool people who hung around the bar area where known as 'bar fly's. As for someone who pearch's themself directly on the bar - just sheer class! I'm sure you'll be on a high for the rest of the week as it sounds like you did brilliantly.
